
Kris Bee Bacon Returns and Refunds Policy
AUSTRALIAN RETURNS INFORMATION
We’re buzzing with excitement that you’ve chosen Kris Bee Bacon!
But if something isn’t quite right, don’t stress—you’ve got 30 days to request an EXCHANGE, a REFUND, or a sizzling 120% STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping and processing fees).

Here’s the buzz:
- Direct Exchanges: If stock is available, we’re happy to swap your item for a different size, colour, or style.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Artwork: As artwork is custom made for each purchase, unless there is a fault, these items can not be refunded or exchanged.
We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. Once your return has been processed, we’ll notify you via email. Please keep in mind this timeframe may vary during busy periods (we’re only human bees after all!).
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us at honey@krisbeebacon.com before starting the return process. We’ll sort it out ASAP.
Fees and Extras:
- All accepted returns will receive a REFUND or 120% STORE CREDIT—because we love sweetening the deal! (The extra 20% is subject to change at KBB’s discretion.)
- A flat AUD 10 fee will be deducted from your refund, credit, or exchange to cover shipping and handling.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS INFORMATION
Love has no borders, but sometimes returns do! If you’re outside of Australia, you can lodge your return through our INTERNATIONAL RETURNS REQUEST.
Here’s the deal:
- Refunds Only: Currently, international returns are eligible for a full refund (store credit isn’t available yet—stay tuned!).
- Processing Fees: A returns fee will be applied to cover the shipping label and processing costs.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- All returns must follow our policy to be eligible for processing.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
